Dear friends and community,

In these challenging times we here at Willow Street believe that the practical tools of this wisdom tradition are more important and valuable than ever. These tools allow us to find a point of balance in ever-changing circumstances and to find perspective in relationships that are otherwise hard to see in our bodies and lives. 

As we know from tree pose, accepting – even embracing – moving back-and-forth to find that point of balance is the key to revealing the harmony that is available. Whether it’s finding the balance between strength and freedom or heart and mind, we know we can only maintain the harmony if we stay present to the changing circumstances. 

We find ourselves again in changing circumstance where finding the balance of safety and supporting our desire to come together are currently not in harmony. So, as we have always done, we will err on the side of caution and are taking what we hope will be a brief pause to our in-person classes as a response to the current Omicron spike. 

We know this will be frustrating for some of you, and we really appreciate your flexibility.
