Kundalini with Kati continues this weekend!



Kundalini yoga incorporates the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of yoga into a cohesive and integrated system. It is perfect for people who want both the immediate and long-term physical benefits of yoga and the transformative power of an uplifted consciousness.

Kundalini yoga is practiced in kriya form. A kriya is a “complete action;” a series of exercises, postures, breathwork, and mantras that are purposefully combined to have a calibrated overall effect. No previous experience with yoga or kundalini yoga is necessary. An open mind, however, is a must.
