New to Restorative Yoga? No experience is needed. Restorative Yoga invites you through longer held, supported poses and props to relax, renew and restore. As you rest and release your central nervous system has the space to unwind, to restore. 

You may want the following props avaialble:
4 blocks or block like items 
4 to 6 blankets/towels 
1 bolster or cushion from sofa/couch 
1 strap or belt/tie/scarf
1 eye mask
