This class is appropriate for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners alike. New to yoga altogether? Welcome! New to Vinyasa Flow? Welcome! The pace will be slower and will move you through a sequence of asana poses and breath with a focus on alignment, movement, and connection to self.

Solar Flow with Steve
In this Solar Flow, you will energize and strengthen your body, mind, and breath. Larger yoga principles will be woven into a steadily paced warm up, an energizing standing sequence, and a flexibility-focused cool down. This class is most appropriate for practitioners with some level of yoga experience, including a familiarity with asana poses.
