A heartfelt thanks to the community for your presence and your brave contributions in our Willows Rise Book Club discussions of Dr. Gail Parker’s book, Restorative Yoga for Ethnic and Rase-Based Stress and Trauma.

After your gracious feedback and energy toward this work, we are so happy to offer a deeper dive in a four-part Living Yoga series to continue the examination of our communities and ourselves.  Our series will be kicked off by the author, Dr. Gail Parker, in a one-hour conversation and restorative practice to begin our exploration of, as Dr. Parker writes, yoga from the inside out.

In the following sessions, we will focus our discussion themes from the book and on our own development to “… show up safe for one another.”

This is a stand-alone series.  Participation in the Willows Rise Book Club is not required; however, we encourage you to read Dr. Parker’s book and/or to do some self-study on racial and ethnic stress and trauma.  Everyone is welcome.

Please note: Zoom links will be emailed to registrants 24-hours before the workshop and again 1-hour before the workshop. If you register closer than 1-hour to the event start, you may not receive the link. If you have any trouble with access, please email
