Increase your resilience in these challenging times – this class includes breath work, practices to open muscles and joints, strengthen the back and the core, improve balance and agility, and increase focus and clarity. It is designed for mid-life and older adults, with students encouraged to find their balance between ease and effort, start from where they are, modify where appropriate, and continually build strength and capacity.
Carol (E-RYT 500, MPH, retired IT Project Manager) has continued her training in Yoga Nidra, Yoga for Healthy Aging, Yoga for Osteoporosis, Integrative Yoga for Seniors, and using mind-body practices to enhance brain longevity. She enjoys walking, working out at the gym, art, jazz, theater, travel, and time with her family.
