4 R’s – Relax, Renew, Refresh, Rest with Restorative Yoga
To wind down your weekend or to prepare for the week, look no further than this Restorative Yoga workshop. The 75 minutes will provide your opportunity to connect with mind-body-breath. New to Restorative Yoga?  

Restorative Yoga invites you through longer held, supported poses and props to relax, renew and restore.  As you rest and release your central nervous system has the space to unwind, to restore. No experience is needed.

You may want the following props available:
  • 4 blocks or block like items
  • 4 to 6 blankets/towels
  • 1 bolster or cushion from sofa/couch
  • 1 strap or belt/tie/scarf
  • 1 eye mask

Sundays: January 16, February 20, March 20, April 17, May 15
