We’re re-opening Takoma Park studios!

While it’s clear that we have a long way to go before we return to “normal” we’re thrilled to begin our gradual re-opening process and hope that you’ll be able to share in our growth. The first phase of our in-person re-opening begins May 1st! Here’s what we have in store for our community:


Online Classes

If you are not vaccinated, or don’t want to attend in-person classes, you won’t miss out… our online class schedule will be as robust as ever! We will continue to offer ALL the online classes you’ve come to love!

In-person Classes

Any fully vaccinated student can attend in-person at Willow Street! We ask that you wait the recommended 2-week period after your final shot to allow for full antibody development.

What you can expect:

We’re starting small… the first run of our in person schedule will consist of 6 classes each week for fully vaccinated students, taught by fully vaccinated instructors and staffed by fully vaccinated staff members.

May 1

We begin our month of coming back together!

We invite you to check out our in-person classes! All members and pass-holders may attend (no need to purchase in in-person membership) and yes, you can purchase a single class. Please book your class through Wellness Living at least 24-hours in advance… sorry, but due to capacity limits we cannot accept drop-ins.

June 1

We’re expanding!

Following the success of our in-person classes in May, we’re doubling our schedule in June. We’re thrilled to welcome back so many of our teachers, and are happy to welcome Angelique to our faculty. In accordance with current science and regulations, our classes are now operating at full capacity, and drop-ins are welcome! Yes, we are still asking that attendees be fully vaccinated.

What to expect

It’s about trust.


Trust is the basis of all relationships, including our relationship with you, our community. We know you trust us in adhering to the cleanliness standards you’ve come to expect from us over the years. We take that trust very seriously.


We know, also, that you care for our community and the well-being of your friends and neighbors. We’re trusting that our community has this well-being in mind when in the studio spaces. Here’s what we ask of you:


  • We request that you not attend class unless you are fully vaccinated, including the 2-week post-vax period (no proof required).
  • We request that you not attend class if you are feeling sick or exhibiting symptoms of illness.
  • Montgomery County has lifted the mask mandate for vaccinated individuals, so masks are no longer required in our studios.
  • We ask that you please treat our spaces and students with respect, and sanitize our props after use.
