Aligned Vinyasa Flow with Angelique, starts April 18th!
Aligned Vinyasa Flow offers a continuous flow of postures in which students become more fluent in asana practice. Students will build endurance, improve their ability to move with the breath, and strengthen and refine transitions between poses. Students must be familiar with principles of alignment, in good health, and free of major injuries. For students Level I/II and up: at least one session of Level I/II+, taken concurrently or as a prerequisite, is strongly recommended.

Yoga II with Joe
Our level 2 classes are for students with some yoga experience (at least one year). There are no other requirements for students other than some familiarity with the practices. All classes will explore a variety of asana (physical poses) and svadhyaya (self study). Many weeks will include other components of yoga such as meditation, pranayama, and philosophical inquiry. We will explore and play with plenty of support along the way.

To wind down your weekend or to prepare for the week, look no further than this Restorative Yoga workshop. Join us online on the 3rd Sunday monthly for 75 minutes to connect with mind-body-breath. New to Restorative Yoga? No experience is needed. Restorative Yoga invites you through longer held, supported poses and props to relax, renew and restore. As you rest and release your central nervous system has the space to unwind, to restore.
