Suzie's "A Daily Anusara Practice for Beginners" is a well rounded 60-minute practice for those newer to the Anusara Universal Principles of Alignment. In this CD, Suzie gives a clear description and explanation of the major loops and spirals in many of the basic poses. All the basic standing poses are addressed, along with a few floor poses, and the practice ends with Savasana. Its theme, woven throughout the practice, is "Opening to Grace", the first Universal Principle of Alignment. One beginning student has stated this CD is "clear, inspirational, and exceptionally helpful for students new to the Anusara method."

We strongly encourage purchasing Suzie's CD from our studios in Takoma Park and Silver Spring, however we now offer it for sale online via PayPal. Please read the following before ordering online:
- We ship only to US addresses (no international orders at this time).
- We do not accept bulk orders. You may order 1, 2 or 3 CD's at one time.
- Orders will be shipped in 5-7 business days from the day the order was received.
- Maryland orders are charged 5% sales tax (in addition to shipping and handling).
- We do not take phone orders nor do we accept checks. Only PayPal is accepted.
- The CD is not shrink-wrapped.
- There will be no returns, exchanges or refunds. We will replace the CD only if the item is so damaged in shipping it will not play in a CD player or if the CD is unplayable due to manufacturer error. We cannot guarantee that the CD case itself will be undamaged in shipping, although we will pack it well.
